Today on the NICE GIRL Project! official site, it was announced that Peach intends to graduate from NGP and show business on September 30th. Her last activities as a NGP member will be participating in the NGP stage production Hatsukoi no Kakera 2010 from the 18th-26th.
Peach released one single in 2008, the Picsong collaboration song “Nattou! Nattou!” with Akkun. She has been active in Nice Girl Project as a stage actress, a member of both MM Gakuen Gasshoubu and Princess Chatters, and participating in NGP concerts.
A magazine scan reveals that the next single from Gokujou! Mecha Mote Iinchou will be released on October 13th! Oshare My Dream (おしゃれマイドリ－ム, Stylish My Dream) by Kitagami Mimi (Ogawa Mana), and Elegant Girl (エレガントガール) by Himuro Ibu (Berryz Koubou’s Sugaya Risako) will be the opening and ending themes for the anime starting on the October 9th episode. It appears that two songs will be released together in one single, but as of this post, the single has not been posted on any online shops or the official site, so I’m not sure.
THE Possible member Morozuka Kanami (aka Mororin) will release her first solo image DVD titled Moromoro OK! (モロモロＯＫ！) on November 1st. Like Hashimon’s upcoming DVD, Mororin’s was also shot in Australia. It is 60 minutes long and will cost ¥3,990. According to the JBOOK description, the DVD is “fully loaded with her cute and slightly adult charm”.

THE Possible member Hashimoto Aina will release her first solo image DVD titled Girigiri Out! (ギリギリ アウト！) on October 3rd. The video was shot in Australia. It is 60 minutes long and will cost ¥3,990. According to the description on JBook, we’ll see her “dynamite body” and “bright, energetic character”. The image above may or may not be the cover, the original post doesn’t specify.

Today on the NICE GIRL Project! official site and THE Possible official blog, a message was posted from Oose Kaede (Kaepyon). It’s been a year since she graduated from THE Possible and NICE GIRL Project! to focus on entering university. She successfully entered school in the spring, and has been studying hard. Since graduating she received many letters, and thanks everyone for their support. While also continuing her studies, she has decided to come back to show business as a talent under TNX, focusing on being a stage actress.
What an unexpected surprise. Welcome back, Kaepyon!
Today (August 4th) is the release date for Canary Club‘s 6th single, Daisukki! Up-Front Channel on YouTube has finally uploaded the music video for the song. The video starts off with a comment from Ayubee, Okkyan, Ikkuchi, Chiichan and Maachan. Be sure to support the group and purchase a copy!
As of July 31st, Hashiguchi Erina (aka Eri~na) has graduated from NICE GIRL Project!. Eri~na joined NGP as a member of Canary Club in March 2007, and graduated from that group to pursue solo activities in June 2009. Eri~na was probably best known for her solo song, “Doki! Kou iu no ga Koi na no?” from the DS game Rhythm Tengoku Gold. Recently she was a part of COCOLULU CREW with Robin and Tokki.
The reason given for her graduation is “walking towards a new dream”, and the message says she’s already started towards it, so perhaps we’ll see her again in the future. She won’t be having a graduation concert.
Eri~na hasn’t updated the NICE GIRL Room blog since May (her posts are now deleted) and she was the only member not to have started a Serend account, so I figured something was up. Best of luck to Eri~na in the future!
Tokki‘s first solo release as a full member of NICE GIRL Project!, an image DVD titled Tokki Mekki HAPPY! (“Tokki Mekki” is a play on the word “tokimeki” which means “throbbing” – like a fast heartbeat), was released on July 23rd. Like a few other NGP gravure releases, the DVD was shot on Cebu Island. It is 75 minutes long and costs ¥3,990.
(I apologize for not posting about this sooner! Sometimes I end up putting off posts until there’s more information and before I knew it, the release date passed. >_<)
